And on the latest episode, we take a look at Bernardo Silva‘s first ever training session here at the CFA.

The Portuguese midfielder, signed from Monaco in the summer, was given an extended break after competing at the Confederations Cup in June. 

But on Tuesday, he joined his new teammates and we were there to see it. 

We also see the players on the green screen and hear Fabian Delph‘s boxing predictions, before watching the squad leave Manchester airport ahead of the game with West Ham in Iceland.
