Then, on Monday, we headed to the Hilton Hotel in Deansgate for Vincent Kompany’s Testimonial Gala Dinner - held to raise money to tackle homelessness in Manchester.
Midweek heralded two crucial fixtures, as our men’s and women’s teams were in action on Wednesday - facing Everton in the Premier League and Chelsea in the Continental Cup semi-final. A pair of 2-0 wins ensured a fantastic night all round.
With attentions turning to Sunday’s ‘City v Chelsea’ double header, Pep Guardiola and Nick Cushing addressed the media, as we look ahead to another huge weekend....
