Man City Women are in France, ahead of this weekend’s Toulouse International Ladies’ Cup.
The Blues kicked-off their pre-season with a friendly against Frankfurt at the weekend and preparations stepped up as the domestic treble winners headed abroad.
Taking place over three days between 25 and 27 August, the TILC tournament will feature some of the top teams in the European women’s game: City, Lyon, Montpellier and Liverpool.
City arrived in France on Tuesday morning before heading out into the 34° heat for their first training session together of the 2017/18 season.
The international stars who had represented their countries in the Euros returned to Club action, whilst new recruits were introduced to their Club teammates.
The squad had plenty of fun in the sun - clearly glad to be back - as they eased into their training regime with light stretching and small-sided passing games.
