Manchester City stepped up preparations for Sunday’s Community Shield clash with Chelsea with some sharp shooting and intense free-kick drills at the CFA.
With the bulk of the first-team squad now back in training following their summer exertions at the World Cup finals, Pep Guardiola’s squad were again put through their paces ahead of this weekend’s trip to Wembley.
Gabriel Jesus, Sergio Aguero and Brahim Diaz was just some of those to catch the eye with some clinical finishing as the squad honed their finishing skills and tested the Club’s goalkeepers.
And there was also time for work on vital core skills with the players now steeling themselves in readiness for the 2018/19 campaign.
