The City squad took part in their first training session of this year’s Asia Tour on Tuesday.
Pep Guardiola led his players through a light workout at the Yuanshen Stadium, just hours after landing in Shanghai.
City are preparing to face West Ham United on Wednesday in Nanjing, the first of four games across Asia this summer.
26 of the 27 who have travelled took part. Luke Bolton was the only one to miss out, instead receiving treatment on his left leg.
They were in fine spirits, with Bernardo Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling, John Stones and new signing Rodri all involved.
And with a number of senior stars absent after international commitments over the summer, they were joined by a number of the Club’s most promising youth players.
