Following a 3-0 defeat of Watford Ladies in the previous round, Cushing will hope the Blues can continue our cup run with victory at the Academy Stadium on Sunday.
In windy conditions the squad ease into training with a few fun challenges before settling down into intensive passing, movement and shooting drills.
