The build-up has started in earnest for Manchester City ahead of Saturday’s opening Premier League fixture away at Brighton and Hove Albion.
After a highly successful pre-season, which was rounded off with last Friday’s impressive 3-0 SuperMatch win over West Ham in Iceland, the City squad were back in the familiar surroundings of the City Football Academy as they honed their preparations ahead of the trip to the Amex Stadium.
