We welcomed the Premier League leaders to the Etihad Stadium in what promised to be a thriller in the spring sunshine.
City went into the game full of confidence after recent victories over Liverpool and Chelsea following on from last month’s Carabao Cup final victory against the Gunners.
With 64 points from 31 games in the Premier League, we began the match six points back from Arsenal but with a game in hand.
After a 1-1 draw in north London earlier in the campaign and that success at Wembley, Pep Guardiola and his players were keen to keep our strong form against Mikel Arteta’s side going.
CITY+ subscribers can find out how it all played out right here.
We keep scores hidden on our full-match replays so that anyone who missed the game as it happened can watch it with all the excitement of a live experience.
