A Liam Delap brace, plus further strikes from Oscar Bobb, Alex Robertson, James McAtee and CJ Egan-Riley helped Carlos Vicens’ side hit Birmingham for six and progress into round four.
In a highly impressive performance, Delap‘s moment of individual brilliance for our second was perhaps the pick of the action.
Facing away from goal, the forward cheekily found the net with a backheel, which bamboozled the entire Birmingham defence just after the half hour mark.

Delap had given us the lead with a composed finish inside five minutes, and Oscar Bobb soon got in on the act two minutes after his phenomenal second.
Alex Robertson continued the scoring early in the second half, latching on to James McAtee‘s chipped ball over the visiting defence, before returning the favour for his midfield partner on the hour.
CJ Egan-Riley made it six with ten minutes to play, calmly dispatching Kwaku Oduroh‘s near-post ball, before Joshua Williams added a late consolation for Birmingham.
