Ben Wilkinson‘s youngsters welcomed league leaders Manchester United to the City Football Academy for a Saturday morning kick-off.
The visitors have not lost a league game all season and following City’s narrow 1-0 defeat at Carrington earlier in the season, the young Blues were looking to make amends for the frustrating defeat.
A win for City would edge us closer to United and inspire a late charge for the title but victory for the young Red Devils, however, would almost guarantee the league trophy.
