After a draw against Leeds United followed by two victories over Liverpool and Everton, our Under-18s travelled to Lancashire looking to continue their unbeaten form as the race for the Under-18 Premier League North title continues to heat up.
In our home encounter with the Clarets earlier in the season, Oliver Reiss’ side completed a 5-0 victory at the City Football Academy.
So, when we arrived in Burnley on Saturday morning, our young boys in blue were determined to take the chance to complete the double.
