After a midweek win over Sunderland put City back at the top of the Under-18 Premier League North table, our attention turned to our Saturday afternoon trip to the Midlands.
Focus set on earning another three points at Forest, a triumph for Oliver Reiss’ side would move City three points clear of second-place Manchester United as we head into the final few weeks of 2025/26.
But standing in our way was a Forest outfit that have climbed the table to fourth, and will undoubtedly be keen to throw a spanner in the works in our race for the title following our 6-0 win over them earlier in the season.
So could City pick up another important league win on the road? Or would Forest be too much of a bump in the road?
