City twice hit back after going behind with Erling Haaland first cancelling out Daniel Munoz’s early strike before a stunning second half Rico Lewis strike got us back on level terms once again after Maxence Lacroix had restored the hosts’ lead.
The Blues were then reduced to 10 men inside the final 10 minutes after Lewis was sent off after picking up a second yellow card.
City pushed hard for a late winner and also saw Ilkay Gundogan strike the post earlier in the game – but ultimately the points were shared at Selhurst Park.
