Our first knockout stage game of the 2024/25 campaign saw Ben Wilkinson’s Under-19s travel to Denmark to take on the Under-19 league champions FC Midtjylland.
In the reformatted UEFA Youth League, this stage of the competition was the Round of 32 which City qualified for after placing 11th in the League Phase after six matches.
Our opponents qualified for the knockout stage through the Champions Pathway and with both teams working hard to qualify for this stage of the competition, an intense match-up awaited.
