The Croatia international broke the deadlock inside the 13th minute when he danced into the box and coolly slotted past Bernd Leno which represented the first half’s only goal.
However, Foden doubled our advantage after the break when sweeping home before Gvardiol bagged his brace when heading home at the far post late on.
Julian Alvarez’s expertly taken penalty in second-half stoppage time added the gloss to a fantastic City performance.
It means the Blues will become the first team to win four successive top flight titles if we are to win our final two Premier League assignments in 2023/24.
