Just a few days after the dramatic late Champions League comeback against Borussia Dortmund, City resumed the defence of our Premier League title at Molineux.
Having won four and drew two of our six league matches so far this season, we were looking to extend our unbeaten run against Brune Lage’s side.
Our last trip to Molineux back in May ended in a 5-1 victory with Kevin De Bruyne in sparkling form, hitting four goals. That win left us just four points from our fourth Premier League title in five seasons.
