Gareth Taylor’s side returned from the international break to welcome the Foxes to the Joie Stadium in what was our first meeting with the Foxes this term.
We entered the meeting following our hard-fought 2-1 win over Hammarby in the UEFA Women’s Champions League ahead of the pause in domestic action.
Meanwhile, Amanda Miquel’s side beat Brighton on penalties in the League Cup in their last outing – meaning we’d have to be at our very best to collect three points at a blustery Joie Stadium.
Last time we locked horns with Leicester late goals from Lauren Hemp and Chloe Kelly helped us to a 2-0 win at the Joie Stadium in February.
