Three goals in five second half minutes ensured City earned the win we needed to claim our fourth league title in the past five seasons.
Goals from Matty Cash and Philippe Coutinho had put the visitors two goals to the good heading into the final 15 minutes, but a clinical strike from Rodrigo and brace from substitute Ilkay Gundogan dramatically turned the game on its head.
Unsurprisingly, it sparked memorable scenes of jubilation on the touchline and in the terraces, making our final Pitcam of the season a must watch!
