Episode Two of 3in3: How City’s EDS made history, the latest production from City Studios, is now available to watch on CITY+ and Recast.

The three-part documentary tells the full dramatic story of how our Under-21s created history in 2022/23 by clinching a third successive Premier League 2 – the first time any side has achieved the title hat-trick.

Featuring fascinating behind the scenes footage, exclusive interviews with players and staff as well as immersive match action, and narrated by former City Academy graduate Nedum Onuoh, 3in3: How City’s EDS made history provides a revealing and fascinating window on what was one of the most memorable seasons in the Elite Development Squad’s history.

Episode Two, Title Challengers, centres on the top-of-the-table clash with rivals Chelsea as we move one stop closer to winning the league.

It also sees Nedum chat to captain Shea Charles and forward Carlos Borges.

Charles, who has moved to Southampton this summer, gets into the swing of things at the driving range while Borges, an unstoppable force for the U21s throughout the past season, shows off his table tennis skills.

The remaining episode of 3in3: How City’s EDS made history will be released on CITY+ and Recast next week.
