In a recent training session, City's Elite Development Squad got to trial the use of CITYPLAY stat trackers while out on the pitches at the City Football Academy.
The City youngsters took to the grass and before beginning their session, some players got to put on the tech for the first time.
Captured by our cameras, the players were filmed warming up with various running and agility drills before putting their ball skills to the test in rondos.
After the session, the coaches will be able to analyse the data of the players.
It’s not the first time CITYPLAY technology has been used at the CFA with the Women’s Team testing out the equipment back in August.
