Watch the best of the action as City’s Under-18s beat West Ham United 2-1 in the Under-18s Premier League National final.

On Friday City travel to Rush Green to take on a similar West Ham side but this time in the FA Youth Cup fourth round. In anticipation for the exciting clash, relive our National Final win over the London side here.

It was the Hammers who got off to the quicker start at the Etihad.

A pinpoint through ball from Patrick Kelly found Gideon Kodula ghosting into the box and from 12 yards out he made no mistake, sending a low drive into the corner of the net.

On 74 minutes, City at last got the breakthrough we had been striving for.

A curling Kane Taylor free kick found the head of Oboavwoduo, and his effort squirmed through keeper Finlay Herrick’s grasp and over the line to draw us level.

And it was in extra time that City reaped the rewards of an attacking second half.

As Kane Taylor let fly after receiving the ball from Ashton Muir but Herrick parried his initial effort, before Oboavwoduo followed up to force the ball home in emphatic style.
