Following a tough 4-3 defeat on home soil last season, City welcomed Forest to the City Football Academy with aspirations to make amends for last season’s result.
And it didn’t take long for Oliver Reiss and his team to do that.
Within 20 minutes, City sprinted ahead with a 3-0 lead.
Goals from Reigan Heskey, Ryan McAidoo and Divine Mukasa left Forest stunned and frustrated.

And a second for Heskey made it 4-0 before half-time.
A slower start to the second 45 minutes saw our opponents show a small amount of fight in trying to narrow the deficit.
But City were resolute in defending and then turned the tables to score two more.
Luca Fletcher tapped home from close range before Mukasa tallied his second, City’s sixth, from the penalty spot to summarise a fantastic performance by the Under-18s.
