Dexter Oliver says he is happy to have scored four goals in City's 5-1 win over Leeds in the Under-18 Premier League North.

The 17-year-old led City’s line for the majority of the game before transitioning into the number 10 role.

And it was a fruitful afternoon for the experienced Under-18s player who scored four impressive goals before Tireni Aiyegbusi completed the five-star performance.

It was arguably Oliver’s best outing in Blue since he joined the Club last summer. And he joked after the game that he could have potentially had more fun in front of goal.

“I’m happy to score four but you can always score more!,” said Oliver with a smile.

“I’d probably say the last one or the second one [was my favourite].”

And on how the team have continued to grow since the start of the season, Oliver added:

“I’d say how we train. Like everyday everyone has got a good mentality where everyone wants to be the best and competing with each other.

“So it drives the intensity in training and everyone’s level goes up.”
