Goals from Will Dickson, Adedire Mebude and Carlos Borges ensured all three points at Østerbro Stadium and took us one step closer to qualification for the knock-out phase.
The first goal, on 31 minutes, followed a nice bit of link-up play between Oscar Bobb and Borges before Dickson tapped home.
The second saw Mebude fire home from the spot on 54 minutes after winning the penalty himself.
Copenhagen pulled one back, on 58 minutes, thanks to Noah Sahsah but Borges produced a brilliant individual effort to settle the clash on 81 minutes.
City are three points clear of Copenhagen and we have two group games remaining – Borussia Dortmund away on Tuesday 25 October, kick-off 15:00 (UK time) and Seville at home on Wednesday 2 November, kick-off 15:00 (UK time).
