Floyd Samba says City are full of belief after sealing our place in the FA Youth Cup semi-finals with a 3-0 quarter-final victory over Everton.

Samba it was whose 58th minute set the foundation for victory as Oliver Reiss’s side overcame the challenge of a resolute Everton to book a ticket into the last four.

City’s reward is a home semi-final against Blackburn with the tie set to be played at the Joie Stadium in early April.

And Samba believes the sky is the limit in terms of what the City youngsters can go on to achieve.

“We are very happy especially after a tough game,” Samba told City TV.

“We got the result, which was the main focus, so we are very happy.

“This team is so talented. In every position you can see top players. I think this team could go all the way [in the competition].

“Now we are very excited about playing Blackburn.

“Everyone is just up for it and knowing that we will hopefully have another big crowd here just motivates us even more to play.”
