The versatile 18-year-old played most of the first half of the season as part of Oliver Reiss’ title-chasing Under-18s side.
However, since the new year he has spent more time as part of Ben Wilkinson’s Premier League 2 side.

It’s been a successful swap so far, with Braithwaite playing across the defence and in midfield during big wins over Burnley, Stoke and tonight’s defeat of Wolves.
He even got himself on the scoresheet against Wolves, opening the scoring by converting a well worked corner.
On moving up to the higher level, Braithwaite said: “It’s been more competitive and more aggressive, quicker.
“Everyone’s helped me with that and they’re always telling me what I can improve on.”
The Bolton-born talent isn’t too worried about where he’s selected to start, stating that his mentality remains the same no matter his role.
“I don’t think positions affect the way I play too much, whether I’m a centre-back, left-back, six or anywhere,” he said.
“I just want to give the best to my team and I did that today with my goal.”
