City extended our superb form in 2023 as two goals from Carlos Borges and an Oscar Bobb strike saw us return to the top of PL2.
Bobb’s early goal had fired City into a sixth minute lead only for Liverpool to level minutes later through Mateusz Musialowski.
However leading scorer Borges fired home shortly before the break to send us in ahead at the break.
And a second goal of the game - a 14th in the league and 22nd of the season across all competitions from Borges - sealed the deal and maintained our rich vein of form.
