Watch the best moments from City's fantastic 4-0 triumph over Real Madrid.

In our final League Phase outing in the UEFA Youth League, Ben Wilkinson and our Under-19s travelled to Spain in the hopes of handing Real Madrid their first defeat in the European competition this season.

And after a strong start, which often saw the hosts pinned back, Charlie Gray’s curling free-kick put us ahead on 23 minutes.

Spike Brits was called into action just before half-time. The City shot stopper denied Liberto Navascues from the penalty spot to maintain our advantage at the break.

It also proved to be an extra boost of motivation as City found a second on 70 minutes.

Ryan McAidoo carried the ball from the halfway line before unleashing a low, fierce shot home after entering the Real Madrid box.

A late Reigan Heskey brace then solidified our strong performance against one of the most difficult teams in Europe and confirmed our place in 10th as we advance to the knockout stage of the UEFA Youth League.
