The 2020/21 season proved one to remember for City’s Academy with our Elite Development Squad claiming a first-ever Premier League 2 title.
And it was a campaign that positively rained goals for our exciting young side.
City’s Under-23s accumulated an incredible 79 goals on the way to claiming the league crown – 21 more than the next highest scorers.

From spectacular solo strikes to sumptuous team efforts, City’s youngsters lit up the Premier League 2 in thrilling fashion with the likes of league top scorer Liam Delap – who finished the campaign with 24 goals - Cole Palmer, Felix Nmecha and Adrian Bernabe, amongst others, all striking in memorable fashion.
