Ben Wilkinson’s side had an incentive as we looked to return to the summit of the Premier League 2 after Friday night’s fixture where Brighton claimed top spot.
City came close in a couple of moments in a first-half which ended goalless, but the visitors blew the young Baggies away after the restart.

Charlie Gray handed City the breakthrough on 52 minutes after a first time finish into the far corner before Farid Alfa-Ruprecht doubled the lead with a tap in just past the hour mark.
Jaden Heskey put his name on the scoresheet, with another close range finish before City’s full backs worked together to create and score our fourth, with Seb Naylor picking out Lakyle Samuel at the far post.
A fine display was capped off by Will Dickson, who stretched to slide in and poke in the fifth goal in a dominant second-half display to secure our sixth successive victory and return to the top of Premier League 2.
