After Micah Hamilton opened the scoring with just seven minutes played, Dickson pounced on a deflected cross from Dire Mebude to double our lead inside 14 minutes.
The 18-year-old striker then doubled his tally following the sending off of United’s Sonny Aljofree, producing a deft finish from Tomas Galvez‘s cross, bouncing in off the post and over the line.
Oscar Bobb, Kian Breckin and Jaden Heskey would add to our tally in the second half as we surged back to the top of the Premier League 2.
“Yeah I’m buzzing to be fair,” said Dickson when asked how he felt.
“In a Manchester derby to get two goals, it is a striker’s dream so I’m just really happy.
“Obviously (you) can’t ask for much more in terms of the result.
“I think the performance matched it and we were on top for most of the game and we did what we needed to do.”
