Manchester City will take on Manchester United in Houston, Texas as part of the 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken.
The game will take place at the NRG Stadium on Thursday 20 July and will be the first ever overseas Manchester derby.
The NRG Stadium has a capacity of 72,220, has a retractable roof and played host to the 2017 Super Bowl.
