The musician and die-hard Man City fan turns 50 today and to celebrate, we look back at one of his best days with the Club.
From performing to 80,000 people over two nights at Maine Road with Oasis… to being the first to interview manager Pep Guardiola, Noel has enjoyed many a special moment with City.
Here is one of our favourites as the rock’n’roll star travels with his mate Sully to follow his beloved Blues in the Capital One Cup final at Wembley.
CityTV recorded the hilarious trip in which Noel picked his favourite tunes and reflected on the season so far.
At the game itself, Noel was also on camera during the penalty shoot-out. Watch as he reacts to every kick. (By the way, he’d predicted that Willy Caballero would reign supreme and that Yaya Toure would net the winner!)
