Manchester City’s UEFA Youth League campaign resumes on Wednesday with a quarter-final tie at home to Liverpool.
The Reds visit the Academy Stadium on Wednesday 14 March, kick-off 1pm and stand in the way of Simon Davies’ side booking a place in the semi-finals of the competition for the first time in the Club’s history.
We reached the last eight after topping Group, beating Feyenoord, Napoli and Shakhtar Donetsk on our way to topping the group with a record of four wins, one draw and a defeat.
That set up a last 16 tie against Inter Milan and after a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes, we held our nerve in the penalty shoot-out to progress to the quarter-final stage.
