The Spanish midfielder is widely considered to be City’s greatest ever player, something Guardiola says should make him proud.

Silva, 32, made 29 Premier League appearances this season as City swept aside all before them to post a record 100 points and win the title comfortably.
His 11 assists was the third highest in the division, and he also weighed in with nine goals.
