It has been a season to remember for Eric Garcia.
Our 18-year old Spanish central defender shone on our senior tour to America last summer and has gone from strength to strength ever since.
Garcia was a key component of our Under-18s side which won the Under-18 Premier League Cup and also reached the FA Youth Cup final.

And as well as also starring for our EDS squad, Garcia also made his first team breakthrough, being handed his senior debut in our Carabao Cup quarter-final win at Leicester in December and going on to make several more appearances.
Here Garcia reflects on his campaign to remember and reveals how the over-arching philosophy of our Academy set-up helped him make a smooth transition to both training and playing with the first team.
