It’s safe to say the eyes of world football will be on Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
City travel to Merseyside for a mouth-watering clash with Liverpool. It’s first versus second and the defending champions against last season’s runners up.

Understandably, the world’s football media have been discussing all things Liverpool v City and ahead of the game we got the views of the Totally Football Show podcast.
We hear from some of the game’s most informed characters, including James Richardson, James Horncastle, Raphael Honigstein, Alison Bender and Julien Laurens, all of whom are eagerly anticipating the clash.
“They, clearly, have been by far the best two English clubs in the last two years,” says Julien Laurens.
“The outcome is perhaps more important than a normal league game played in November would be. That gives it its special dimension of real excitement and of making everybody take a very close look,” adds Raphael Honigstein.
