Kevin De Bruyne looked back to his best in yesterday's 5-0 victory against Liverpool
Kevin De Bruyne was in fine form in yesterday’s 5-0 victory against Liverpool.
The Belgian was the supplier for both of City’s first-half strikes before the Blues turned up the heat in the second half to seal their first three points at home this season.
De Bruyne looked sharp from kick-off and on the 24th minute he slipped Sergio Aguero in with a perfectly timed and weighted ball down the middle. The Argentine rounded Mignolet to slot home his record-breaking strike.
Deep into first-half added time De Bruyne found Gabriel Jesus with a beauty of a cross from the left, leaving the Brazilian with the simplest of headers from close range.
