Two goals for Wright-Phillips and another from Robbie Fowler secured all three points for City that day as they sealed a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace at the Etihad Stadium.
Wright-Phillips put the Sky Blues ahead just 12 minutes into the game after being slotted through on goal by a sublime pass from Joey Barton.
