A slice of good fortune as a former Academy graduate deflects Shaun Wright-Phillips' shot into the net

City 3 Burnley 3 (2009/10)

City found themselves 2-0 to Burnley with half-time just minutes away.

Shaun Wright-Phillips had other ideas and as the Clarets looked forward to the break, the City winger worked a chance for himself on the edge of the box, hitting a low shot that deflected off a Burnley player before nestling in the back f the net.

The player in question was former Blue Stephen Jordan - and further goals from Kolo Toure and Craig Bellamy put the Blues 3-2 up before the visitors levelled late on to snatch a 3-3 draw.
