Wing wizardry from Peter Beagrie before Steve Lomas arrives late at the back post to head home against Tottenham Hotspur in a 5-2 thriller October 1994.
Paul Walsh had given City the early lead at Maine Road before Ilie Demstrescu equalised from the penalty spot.
However, goals from Quinn and Walsh meant City went in to the half-time break with a 3-1 lead. Dumitrescu put his side back in the match just after the whistle before Lomas scored this famous header and Garry Flitcroft finished off the scoring for Brian Horton’s Manchester City.
Manchester City finished the season in 17th place with 49 points from 42 matches, narrowly avoiding relegation to the second tier.
