It’s been a superb start to life as a Manchester City player for Nolito.
The Spaniard, signed from Celta Vigo this summer for a bargain fee, has been impressive thus far, scoring five goals and immediately establishing himself in Pep Guardiola’s side.
In an interview with the Premier League, he has discussed his time at the club.
Asked which team-mate has impressed him the most since arriving at City, Nolito was unequivocal in his answer, opting for his international colleague David Silva.
“Silva is always impressive and a bit underrated,” he said. “But he’s such a good player.”
Nolito was also asked about the City Football Academy, the club’s state-of-the-art training and youth development facility, which is widely seen as one of the finest in Europe.
“It’s the best training facility I’ve ever been at,” he said.
