Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola talks on City’s need to learn how to finish off matches after going into the lead, enabling us to battle for the top spot.

Pep Guardiola knows that Manchester City should be contending for the top spot in the Premier League with the amount of matches that have slipped from the grasp of City victory this season.

The manager admits that work needs to be focused on in this area of the game in order to improve for next season.

Currently sitting in the fourth spot of the Premier League, Guardiola confirmed that to him, qualifying for the Champions League is equivalent to winning a major trophy in England. After the Arsenal manager also said the same thing, Pep mentioned that especially in England and with the depth of the Premier League that finishing in the top four is a massive achievement.

An ever growing popular player in Leroy Sane scored his first goal for City against Arsenal earlier in the season. Guardiola says that he is “impressed with (Sane‘s) progress since his goal.” It seems as though Pep enjoys the front three of Sterling, Aguero and of course Sane... Could we see this front force start against Arsenal?
