Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is yet to decide who will play in goal against Southampton.

Chilean Claudio Bravo played in the 3-1 win over Hull, featuring in the build up to the second goal, with Willy Caballero on the bench after a four-game run in the side.

Guardiola revealed a number of factors go into his selection process, saying: “Last week I decided on Claudio, and Saturday I will decide (again).

“It depends on the opponent, the pressing, what I see in the training sessions… so we are going to see.

“I like both to be involved, I have confidence in both of them, so we will see.”

The boss also revealed this weekend’s opposition left a lasting impression on him after their visit to the Etihad Stadium earlier in the season.

Describing Claude Puel’s outfit as ‘exceptional’, Pep explained he’s expecting a difficult encounter on the south coast.
