Toure: City are full of confidence

Yaya Toure spoke to the media ahead of our final Champions League group stage tie against Shakhtar Donetsk.

Although the Ivorian hasn’t seen as much game time as a number of other members in our Squad, Toure knows the quality that City show night in night out in competition.

“Teams respect us more. We are in a good moment, full of confidence. If you ask all my team-mates they are all enjoying it.

“”To be honest I think we practice the best football in Europe when we go forward. However, we find it difficult against some opponents.

“We need to play against a big opponent to see where we are and we have to wait to see who we have in the next round.

“First we have Shakhtar and then we wait to see who we play.”
