Fernando looks back on a tough 90 minutes against Huddersfield Town...

Manchester City were held to a goalless draw by Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup fifth round.

A crowd of 24,129 – a record for the John Smith’s Stadium – watched a hard fought contest between two evenly matched sides on the day and both Pep Guardiola and David Wagner had every reason to be proud of their teams’ performances.

Nolito, Jesus Navas and Sergio Aguero had City’s best chances to score while Claudio Bravo was kept busy at the other end, and the Terriers also had a first half goal ruled out for offside.

City will be in the hat when the sixth round draw is made on Sunday but first they’ll have to negotiate what will be a tricky replay against Huddersfield at the Etihad Stadium to be played on Tuesday February 28.
