Having created his second assist in two games too, he was voted the City Matchday App users’ Man of the Match and told CityTV he is very pleased with his start to life in England.
“I am very happy for the goal, for the performance and especially for the win,” he declared.
“This is the spirit we have to have - the spirit of winning. Without that, we would not be able to achieve our goals.
“Congratulations to the team because it wasn’t easy - a Premier League game - and we are all very happy.”
