reiterated his belief in his Manchester City players during the second half of Friday’s press conference.
City face Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday and speaking to journalists, Guardiola said: “I see them every day and I know what they can do as players. They are good players and I have respect for them.
“They are Manchester City players with a lot of quality and they have shown that many times in the past. I want to help them until the last day I am here. After every single match I will think about what I could do better.”
City’s boss also spoke on how new arrival Gabriel Jesus may fit into his plans when asked whether the Brazilian could star alongside Sergio Aguero.
“They definitely can play together. It depends on the way we are going to play but they can play together. Jesus is a guy that likes to run behind and attack the goal. He can play in the centre and on the left like he has done for Palmeiras and Brazil.”
