New Manchester City signing Danilo sat down with CityTV after joining the team in LA.

The 26-year-old has made the move from Real Madrid and was quick to switch his focus to achieving success in the Premier League.

Danilo, a versatile player who can play in either full back position and in a defensive midfield role, spoke of his admiration for boss Pep Guardiola and his wish to win a Champions League with City.

Danilo’s senior career began at America Mineiro before he moved onto Santos in 2010 where he spent two successful seasons.

After playing in the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup, the energetic full-back moved to Europe and Porto, and within two years had won back-to-back Primeira Liga titles.

In the summer of 2015 he moved to Real Madrid, playing 55 times and winning one La Liga title, two Champions Leagues, a UEFA Super Cup and a FIFA Club World Cup.
