Kyle Walker admitted he was delighted to have made his Manchester City bow and said the best is yet to come both from himself and his new team-mates.

Less than a week after completing his move from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur, the England right-back was thrust into the heat of the first-ever overseas derby with Manchester United

And though City kicked off their US tour with a 2-0 loss in Houston, Walker revealed he had been happy to finally make his Blues bow after three tough training sessions.

“I thought there were a lot of positives from it and now we just need to build on it,” Walker revealed in an exclusive interview with CityTV

”We have the players and quality in the dressing room to be successful.”
